With over 25 years of design experience, Helen Baumann 米6米乐体育 is a qualified Interior Designer & Certified Kitchen Designer recognised for her valuable industry experience & qualifications.
Helen is proud to have won the State title of KBDi Kitchen Designer of the Year 2022 – NSW, along with the highly coveted national award of KBDi Australian Certified Designer of the Year 2022.
Helen has also been a finalist in the KBDi Kitchen Design Awards in 2016 in the Medium NSW Kitchen Design category & again in 2019 in the Large NSW Kitchen Design category. Helen also won Outstanding Kitchen Design Student of the year in 2012.
Helen’s creative flare began in the Design department of ABC TV working on a range of successful productions including Brides of Christ, The True Believers, Enough Rope & Election Chaser. Helen was also the Set Designer for the successful childrens’ television show Giggle and Hoot from 2011 to 2016 winning the prestigious Silver Promax BDA Global Excellence Award for set design.
Helen’s career has incorporated art direction, set design & graphic design for major entertainment companies including Warner Brothers, Southern Star & Fox Australia. Helen held key roles in productions including Jack and Sarah (UK), Oscar and Lucinda (Aus) & Red Planet (US).
Following a personal passion for interior design, & a love of cooking & entertaining, Helen now specialises in kitchen design. She began as a showroom consultant for prestigious Sydney Kitchens while obtaining her qualifications in kitchen design.
Approaching each new project with an open mind, Helen firstly gets an understanding of her client’s ideas, needs & family lifestyle before suggesting interior design ideas. A brief is created for each project before design plans are presented. The 3D computer visuals consider materials, finishes & appliances & are provided for you to obtain quotes to engage contractors for installation, or if you prefer, Helen can incorporate that into her service.
